In [[XLP]], the word:[[Goal]] is a set of subjective, or axiomatic statements that should fit into the [[Context]] of the  the project at hand. The goal statements help guide the author of this project/contract to refine the conditional statements that makes up the [[Measurable Effects]] field of the logic model.
