Man Charged After Video Went Viral Of Baseball Bat Rampage

A 21-year-old man handed himself in to police after a video went viral of an alleged act of vandalism on social media.
Police launched a manhunt after footage emerged showing a young man allegedly smashing cars with a baseball bat at Oran Park in Sydney's southwest on Saturday night.
Footage showed the man leaning out the back of a fast-moving ute with a baseball bat swinging wildly at parked vehicles. 
The man has been identified as Wade Hickey from Spring Farm, reported [ ]

Police say the 21-year-old is assisting with inquiries, after being arrested at the Narellan Police Station at about midday on Tuesday.
He was charged along with destroying or damaging property, being armed with the intent to commit an indictable offence and having part of his body outside a window or du lịch hà giang a door of a vehicle.

Men inside the ute cheered and laughed as the vandal repeatedly swung the bat.
Local police said they were aware of many 'malicious damage incidents' on Saturday evening into Sunday morning across several suburbs including Narellan, kynghidongduong.vn Camden and Oran Park.
'The incidents were committed by occupants of a grey Holden Colorado,' police said.
The footage was originally posted by a woman to a local Facebook group but has since been deleted.
The clip was later uploaded to another page by other outraged locals to try and identify those involved.

Others said: 'Oh my god, words fail me. And 'what an a*****e to ruin other people's belongings'. 
'This idiot needs to be put in jail,' another posted.
