Phabricator

Phabricator is an open source project management software originally created by Facebook. Its commercial competitor is Jira. Phabricator is also used by MediaWiki software development team to orchestrate the software development activities of Mediawiki. Therefore, when allowed, open source solutions will be chosen over commercial ones.
